Terms of service
Last updated 2026-09-06
These are the terms for using AdFigures, the app and the website at adfigures.com, made by Raylabs. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Short version: we show you numbers we read from your ad platforms, we do our best to keep them accurate and safe, and you use them at your own judgement.
What AdFigures is
AdFigures reads results from Meta and Google Ads accounts that you or your agency connect, and shows them as four numbers, one sentence, notifications and widgets. It does not create, change or pause ads, and it does not spend money on your behalf.
Accounts and workspaces
An agency creates a workspace for each client and decides which ad accounts sit in it and which owners are invited. The agency is responsible for those choices. An owner sees only what their agency assigned. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, so keep your email account safe and tell us if something looks wrong.
Your ad platform accounts
You may only connect accounts you have the right to connect, and you must follow the terms of Meta and Google for those accounts. AdFigures asks for read-only permissions. You can disconnect a platform at any time in the app, and you can also revoke AdFigures from the platform's own settings.
About the numbers
The numbers come from Meta and Google. They can arrive late, and the platforms restate conversions for days after the fact, so a figure can change after you first see it. A "new lead" or "new order" notification reports what the platform told us, when it told us. AdFigures is not an accounting record. Check anything that matters for tax, invoicing or a large decision against the platform itself.
Answers in Ask are generated from your numbers by a language model. They can be wrong. Every figure in an answer is one we read from your data, but the wording around it is not a professional opinion.
Paying for AdFigures
Agencies pay Raylabs per client per month, billed by card, at the price shown when they sign up. Owners who buy directly pay through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms, and Apple handles that billing, its trial and any refund. Prices can change; we tell you before a change takes effect, and you can stop before it does. There is no free tier and no usage charge beyond the plan.
What you may not do
- Use AdFigures to get at data you have no right to see.
- Scrape, resell or redistribute the service or the data it shows.
- Reverse engineer the app or interfere with the service.
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
Ending things
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. An agency can archive a workspace or the whole agency. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or if a platform requires it. If we end the service itself we give at least 30 days' notice.
Our responsibility
AdFigures is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it always will be, and we are not liable for decisions made from the numbers it shows. Where the law allows, our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle data is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes and law
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date, and we tell you in the app or by email if the change matters. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Raylabs is registered. Questions go tohello@raylabs.io.
